Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, requires that a juvenile court proceeding involving allegations that the juvenile was illegally in possession of a firearm be given priority in scheduling and be heard by the court as soon as is practicable. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40.
