Comptroller, State - As introduced, extends, from five to 10 business days, the time period in which an entity contracting with the state or a local government may file a written objection after receiving a notice of audit from the comptroller of the treasury if the contracting entity contends that it is not subject to audit. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8 and Title 9.
