Boards and Commissions - As introduced, modifies the appointing authority of the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives to the advisory council on workers' compensation by requiring the governor's employee appointment to be from organized labor instead of at least one of the three employee appointments of the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives to be from organized labor. -
