Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, reduces from 21 to 14 calendar days the time within which a health insurance entity must pay a claim for payment from a provider that is submitted electronically; establishes a period of 10 calendar days within which a health insurance entity must pay a claim received by electronic submission and that was approved through the entity's preauthorization process. - Amends TCA Title 56.
