Tobacco, Tobacco Products - As introduced, changes from 10 days to 15 calendar days the time in which a person who holds a license to engage in the business of selling, distributing, or handling tobacco products must notify the commissioner of revenue, in writing, of any change in information the licensee is required to include in its license application. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 39; Title 43; Title 47; Title 49; Title 62; Title 63; Title 67 and Title 68.
