Human Services, Dept. of - As introduced, enacts the "Child Support Cooperation Act," which directs the department to require each recipient of SNAP (food stamp) benefits to cooperate with the Title IV-D child support enforcement program as a condition of eligibility for SNAP benefits. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 5.
