Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, requires that a health benefit plan issued, entered into, or renewed on or after January 1, 2020, provide, at a minimum, coverage for certain items or services, immunizations, preventive care, and screenings. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7.
