Appropriations - As introduced, appropriates 10 percent of excess state tax revenues over collected in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Tennessee rural economic development fund to be used for economic development in rural counties throughout the state; declares intent for appropriation to be extended in fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 7; Title 7 and Title 9.
