State Inmates - As introduced, requires the comptroller of the treasury to review the death of any inmate incarcerated in a state correctional facility at the time of the inmate's death and to provide a detailed report of the findings to the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives and an annual report summarizing all reviews of inmate deaths conducted in the prior year. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 4 and Title 41.
