Consumer Protection - As introduced, extends the deadline by which the commissioner of agriculture must submit to the governor and the general assembly a report entitled "Annual Report on the Quality of Kerosene and Motor Fuel in Tennessee" from September 15 of each year to October 1 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 43; Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 55.
