Criminal Offenses - As introduced, requires that a person convicted of the offense of aggravated assault involving the use of a deadly weapon to be punished one classification higher than otherwise provided if the violation was committed by discharging a firearm from within a motor vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13.
