Pets - As introduced, authorizes dog owners to obtain an exemption from rabies vaccination requirement by obtaining a certificate of exemption from a licensed veterinarian based on a finding that the vaccine would endanger the dog's health. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 39, Chapter 14, Part 2; Title 44; Title 63, Chapter 12 and Title 68, Chapter 8.
