Public Records - As introduced, allows a state agency to disclose to another state agency the identity of any individual or organization the agency is investigating or pursuing a civil, administrative, or criminal matter against; requires a state governmental agency to disclose investigative records to another state agency upon written request. - Amends TCA Section 10-7-504.
