Sexual Offenders - As introduced, requires that a court determine that a sexual offender presents a danger of substantial harm to a child prior to prohibiting the sexual offender from conducting an overnight visit at a residence in which the offender's child resides or is present. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Section 40-39-211.
