Evidence - As introduced, prohibits the introduction of evidence in a civil proceeding that was illegally obtained by interception or surveillance by the party seeking to introduce the evidence; defines "illegal manner" as in violation of a statute or the common law of Tennessee. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7.
