Health, Dept. of - As introduced, permits the department to submit by electronic means the required annual report containing de-identified aggregate claims data on coded drug poisonings occurring within the previous two years to the governor, the speaker and the health and welfare committee of the senate, and the speaker and the health committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 33; Title 37; Title 49; Title 53; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
