Search & Seizure - As introduced, permits a sheriff or deputy sheriff to search any vehicle parked in a jail visitor parking lot without a warrant if the lot is restricted to only jail visitors and signs are displayed at all entrances and exits of the parking lot providing notice of search. - Amends TCA Title 40 and Title 41.
