Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, allows a juvenile court judge to require a juvenile less than 14 years of age at the time an act was committed to register as a violent juvenile sexual offender if the juvenile is adjudicated delinquent for certain acts that, if committed by an adult, would constitute certain violent sexual offenses; requires a hearing and consideration of certain factors. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1; Title 39, Chapter 13 and Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
