Public Contracts - As introduced, requires that contracts with governmental entities for professional or technical services in excess of $100,000 include a provision requiring the contractor to utilize software that verifies that hours billed for work being done remotely on a computer are legitimate. - Amends TCA Title 12, Chapter 4.
