Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, authorizes utility districts formed under the Utility District Law of 1937 to provide funding, if approved by the board of commissioners, to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that provide rescue services within the utility district's service area and that do not provide fire protection services. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 82.
