Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, limits a natural gas utility system that is operating in a county having a population of less than 336,400 according to the 2010 federal census and that is devoting revenues derived from the system to funding chambers of commerce and economic and community organizations in accordance with an ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body of the municipality to only make contributions from its enterprise revenues. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 34.
