Public Health - As introduced, requires the commissioner of health to report by February 1, 2020, to the senate health and welfare committee and the health committee of the house of representatives concerning the incidence of sudden infant death syndrome and any other unexplained causes of infant and child death in this state since the passage of the Sudden, Unexplained Child Death Act. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 33; Title 39; Title 49; Title 53; Title 56; Title 62; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
