Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, revises various provisions concerning external review in cases where a person has received a cancer diagnosis; adds provision whereby, in situations where the health carrier fails to make decision on certain review within time required by law, treatment will be deemed to be approved. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 61.
