Fire Prevention and Investigation - As introduced, requires the state fire marshal to submit a report with the commissioner of commerce and insurance on the benefits of using sealed battery smoke alarms in residential buildings located in this state. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 102; Title 68, Chapter 11 and Title 68, Chapter 120.
