Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, requires a carrier to establish a website mechanism that enables an enrollee to request information on the carrier's payments to network entities or providers for comparable healthcare services and to seek information about healthcare service and out-of-pocket costs; requires a healthcare entity to provide a cost estimate to a patient or prospective patient regarding a proposed non-emergency admission, procedure, or service. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 33; Title 56; Title 63; Title 67 and Title 68.
