Education - As introduced, changes from two weeks to four weeks the time period following written notice to the affected board of education within which the commissioner of education may, upon due hearing, withhold and declare forfeited state school funds due any school district that refuses or neglects to comply with and enforce the census or compulsory school attendance laws. - Amends TCA Title 49.
