Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, prohibits a health insurance entity from recouping a payment made to a healthcare provider for services that should have been fully or partially covered under a third-party automobile accident insurance policy that provides health benefits until the entity exercises its right of subrogation by seeking indemnification from the automobile accident insurance carrier. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7.
