Agriculture, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to form a task force to study the notification process that registered beekeepers receive when aerial spraying of pesticides is conducted in the area of a registered apiary; requires the task force to report its findings and recommendations by January 1, 2021, at which time the task force ceases to exist. - Amends TCA Title 44, Chapter 15.
