Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - As introduced, requires the bureau to develop and implement an electronic tracking system for sexual assault evidence collection kits released to a law enforcement agency at the conclusion of a forensic medical examination; requires law enforcement agencies, upon receipt of a DNA data analysis report from the bureau, to notify the victim of a DNA databank match and provide the victim with a copy of the forensic analysis report. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 6 and Title 39.
