Driver Licenses - As introduced, deletes the requirement under current law that the driving privileges of a minor be suspended if the minor's parent or legal guardian is no longer covered by car insurance or proof of financial responsibility. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 12 and Title 55, Chapter 50.
