Criminal Offenses - As introduced, adds a sentence enhancement factor for the offense of reckless endangerment if the victim of the offense was a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other specified person in the performance of an official duty and the defendant knew or should have known that the victim was such an officer or employee. - Amends TCA Section 40-35-114.
