Agriculture - As introduced, replaces the present law prohibition against transporting rooted hemp without a hemp producer license with a prohibition against production of hemp without a license; deletes an obsolete reference to a prior set of administrative rules for the state hemp program. - Amends TCA Section 39-15-407; Section 39-17-1503 and Title 43, Chapter 27.
