Consumer Protection - As introduced, increases from $100 to $500, the fine assessed, per person who receives a written or electronic advertisement that represents, implies, or looks as though the advertisement is a communication from a governmental entity, against a person who utilizes such advertisement. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 39 and Title 47, Chapter 18.
