TennCare - As introduced, provides a 12-month period of postpartum coverage for pregnant women who meet certain medical assistance eligibility requirements; requires the department of finance and administration to promulgate rules, amend contracts, and seek any necessary medicaid waiver necessary to provide postpartum coverage. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 71.
