Human Services, Dept. of - As introduced, requires, subject to appropriation by the general assembly, the department to expand the smart steps child care program such that assistance under the program is made available to all families residing in this state whose household gross income is below the 75th percentile of the state median income (SMI) for the state. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 49 and Title 71.
