Metropolitan Government - As introduced, requires that 10 percent of the proceeds from the 0.25 percent fee collected on sales of services and tangible personal property within central business improvement district within tourism development zone be distributed into a special event and marketing fund account to be used to assist in recruitment and promotion of conventions, group meetings, and festivals focused on multicultural or minority affairs. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 88 and Title 67.
