County Government - As introduced, requires a member of a county legislative body to declare a conflict of interest prior to voting on matters in which the member has a conflict of interest and to abstain from voting as part of such declaration rather than the vote being void if timely challenged. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 5; Title 7 and Title 8, Chapter 47.
