Boats, Boating - As introduced, requires the publication in newspapers of rules and regulations established by the fish and wildlife commission governing the numbering, the safety equipment, and the operation of the vessels operated on the waters of this state to be made at least 30 days, instead of 15 days, before the rules and regulations become effective. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 47; Title 54; Title 55; Title 66 and Title 69.
