Education - As introduced, removes requirement that an eligible student be previously enrolled in a public school for two semesters prior to receiving an individualized education account, attend a Tennessee school for the first time, or receive an account in the previous school year in order to be considered eligible to receive an individualized education account. - Amends TCA Title 49.
