Education, Higher - As introduced, decreases from 30 to 10 the number of days a municipal corporation must wait before enforcing or ceasing to enforce traffic ordinances on the campus of a public institution of higher education within its borders after receiving a request from the institution. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9 and Title 49.
