Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - As introduced, enacts the "Nursing Home Resident Care Monitoring Act," which requires nursing homes to equip a resident's room with a monitoring device at the request of the resident or the resident's legal representative. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
