Garnishments and Executions - As introduced, requires a garnishee to notify all parties of a debtor's termination of employment; expands an exception to allow a judgment creditor to inspect records collected for the Tennessee Employment Security Law for the sole purpose of identifying a debtor's employment. - Amends TCA Title 26; Title 29, Chapter 7 and Title 50.
