Real Property - As introduced, allows a court to waive, compromise, remit, prorate, apportion, or release property taxes, penalty, interest, or court costs when title to real property is transferred as part of a civil judgment to the victim of a criminal offense from the person convicted of the criminal offense. - Amends TCA Title 29; Title 40, Chapter 38; Title 66 and Title 67, Chapter 5.
