Comptroller, State - As introduced, requires the office of research and education accountability in the office of the comptroller to conduct a study on the average cost of attendance for an undergraduate program at a public institution of higher education, including the cost of textbooks, and to report its findings to the education committees of the general assembly by February 1, 2020. - Amends TCA Title 49.
