Water - As introduced, requires persons who intend to drill a water well to provide at least 14 days advance notice to the commissioner of environment and conservation or the local government with jurisdiction over wells in the area where the well will be located; requires that notices of intent to drill a water well be published on the internet. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 69.
