Criminal Offenses - As introduced, creates Class A or B misdemeanor of intentionally commanding, inducing, compelling, or otherwise causing, including by use of threats, violence, or bullying, another to join a criminal gang; states that prosecution shall not require conviction of the other person for a criminal gang offense. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Section 40-35-121.
