Real Property - As introduced, requires a seller of residential real property to disclose to the buyer the name and address of the fire department that provides services to the property or that no fire department provides such services, and the cost to obtain such services beyond the payment of property taxes; requires proof of disclosure at or before the closing. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 35; Title 62, Chapter 13 and Title 66.
