Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - As introduced, increases the time in which a person may appeal the department of revenue seizing a person's certificate of title, certificate of registration, permit or license or license plate because the document or plate is fictitious, has been issued in error or unlawfully, contains erroneous information, or has been ordered revoked, canceled, or suspended by a court of competent jurisdiction from 10 days from the seizure to 14 days from the seizure. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 39; Title 40; Title 54; Title 55; Title 56; Title 65 and Title 67.
