Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, requires persons applying for entrance in teacher training programs to attain a minimum ACT or GED score and a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in high school or graduate with an associate degree with a cumulative high school grade point average of a 3.0 for all college coursework. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 5, Part 56.
