Education - As introduced, exempts a parent, guardian, or other legal custodian of a minor child from having to ensure the minor child's school attendance if the minor child is enrolled and making satisfactory progress in a course leading to a HiSET® credential or has obtained a HiSET® credential. - Amends TCA Title 49.
